The state of Florida has a strict learners requirement list and verfication process. If your under 18 you need your parent’s consent and need to prove you are enrolled in drivers education. It won’t be a problem to get enrolled in driver’s education in Florida since a lot of counties offer free driving classes even with behind the wheel instructions all paid by the state.
